Explanation

In this example of the learning outcome 'personal leadership,' I will be showing my goal and how I plan to get there.

My goal in ICT & media design is to become a better designer, become a better storyteller (meaning that I aspire to make cohesive and put together projects), and become a sold coder (meaning that I want to be competent in coding).

Action

I hope this goal will be achieved during this study, so the timeframe I have set is until I have my degree.

One of the things I already did to get further in this goal is watching a lot of YouTube videos about design principles. In the image below you can see some of the playlists I watched.

I also watched videos similar to this about coding. I made a playlist on YouTube to save interesting and helpful videos. I also did some smaller exercises to help improve my abilities, like the exercise I did about the infinite loop.

As for actual research into storytelling, I haven't come far yet but I did understand from some teachers that in later semesters there will be lessons that focus on that part.

Reflection

Reflecting on what I have done so far to achieve this goal I feel like I could have done more but then again I'm only in semester 2 and I still have 6 semesters to work on these skills. So, in the future, I will continue to find time to make sure that my goal will be achieved along the way.
