(Feedback)
Explanation
You are aware of your own strengths and weaknesses, both in the field of ICT and in your personal development. You choose actions in line with your core values to promote your personal growth and develop your learning atitude.
In this example of the learning outcome, personal leadership, I will be showing my feedback (asking for and applying).
Action
Poster
In the image above, you can see my initial poster before I asked for feedback.
In the image above, you can see the feedback I received.
In the image above, you can see my final poster with all the points given in the feedback incorporated.
Code
I received the feedback that I should comment on my code more.
So, that is what I did, and I went over almost all of my code and added comments.
After adding comments to my code, I asked one of my peers for feedback, and we walked through the code together and changed the comments that were still unclear.
UI design
I asked for feedback on my design and received feedback that I should enhance the arrows on the learning outcome pages.
I went from these arrows:
To these arrows:
They are now a lot more intuitive and clear.
I also received the feedback that I should make the CTA's a different color because that way the user know way better what the clickable elements are.
Reflection
Reflecting on asking and implementing feedback, I believe I'm doing very well. I ask for feedback regularly and implement it often. I also do not apply all the given feedback without a second thought. I do think about the feedback, as in I reflect on what I did wrong and what I can then improve with the given feedback.
I will keep doing this in the future.
