Semester 2 - portfolio
Here you can see my second semester portfolio. This project was created by me, I was both the designer and developer.

This portfolio was created to document my learning outcomes for semester two. Because we had
complete creative freedom over the design, I decided to create a portfolio inspired by the
interior of a wizard's home.
I was excited by this concept because of my interest in fantasy and wizarding worlds, and I
wanted to translate that atmosphere into an interactive experience. To achieve this, I
implemented whimsical elements such as a discover page that visually “pulls”
users into the
learning outcomes and projects, as well as animated book pages that simulate page
flipping.
Since I had never created anything like this before, the project challenged me to learn new
techniques through experimentation, research, and online resources. Throughout the
development process, I improved my skills in iteration, storytelling, and interactive web
design.
More than just a school assignment, this project became a personal passion project that
allowed me to combine creativity with technical development.
Semester 3 - portfolio
Here you can see my third semester portfolio. This project was created by me, I was both the designer and developer.

This portfolio was created to document my learning outcomes for semester three. Once again,
we were given complete creative freedom over the design, which gave me the opportunity to
explore a different visual direction from my previous work.
While my earlier portfolios were often inspired by nature and centered around green tones,
this time I wanted to experiment with a brighter and warmer aesthetic. I chose an orange
color palette combined with a clean, minimalist layout to create a sense of warmth, energy,
and clarity throughout the experience.
During the development process, I continued improving my skills in iteration and
incorporating feedback into my designs. This project also gave me the freedom to include
subtle hidden details and interactive elements, something I particularly enjoy adding to my
work. These small features can be found by users who explore the portfolio more deeply,
creating a sense of discovery and delight. They are hidden well on the
home page.
My interest in creating these small “game-like” experiences and discoverable features
eventually influenced my decision to choose game design for my
fourth semester.
1K3 web design
Here you can see some of the work I have done for a outside-of-school project. My role in this project was to create the design for the company's website.
This project involves creating a website for the company “1K3.” It is my first experience
working on a project for a real client outside of school, making it both a challenging and
valuable learning experience.
One of the main challenges has been the limited amount of design direction provided by the
client. Aside from a few images and logos from associated companies, there were not many
visual references to work from. To approach this, I researched websites within the same
industry and analyzed design elements and layouts that would suit the client's field.
The client also provided a logo, which became an important source of inspiration throughout
the design process. I incorporated visual elements from the logo into the website to help
create a cohesive and recognizable identity.
Because this is my first time designing for a more technical and business-oriented client, I
initially struggled with finding the right balance between professionalism and visual
appeal. However, the project has already taught me a lot about adapting my design choices to
fit a client's needs and expectations.
So far, I have had one feedback session with the client, and the response has been positive.
The client appreciated the overall direction, design, and visual elements, while suggesting
adjustments to certain images and specific text content. Working on these revisions is
helping me gain more experience with client communication and iterative design processes.
